Our design services enable customers to efficiently take projects from concept to production-ready and fully-approved design. Our team’s engineering expertise, manufacturing experience, and broad portfolio of leading-edge design tools allow us to provide anything from peer review of existing designs, to complete projects including electronic hardware, firmware development and mechanical design. We have particular specialisms in sensor interface, wireless technology, IoT and Cloud integration.
Our mix of UK and Far East manufacturing services enable us to offer production volumes from prototype quantities to thousands of units per month. Our services include fully traceable component sourcing and kitting, automated SMT and THT PCB assembly, coating and encapsulation, cable assemblies, injection moulded parts, complete product assembly, burn-in, test, packaging and stockholding. We also specialise in the design and manufacture of Thick Film Hybrid circuits, printed onto ceramic substrates; this technology is ideally suited to harsh environment applications.
