Yunex Traffic, a global leader in Intelligent Traffic Solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Digitalisation Manager to join our Poole-based team.
This position, due to internal promotion, offers the opportunity to lead a team of five Digitalisation Specialists and drive the digital transformation of our world-class manufacturing site. You will own and deliver the digital strategy for UK manufacturing, advocate for data-driven decision-making, and manage multi-disciplinary projects from conception to execution. Key responsibilities include implementing standardised processes, building a digital culture through effective communication and training, and evaluating new technologies like RPA, ERP, MES, Robotics, AI, and Computer Vision.
The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, particularly in electronics or discrete products, and expertise in ERP/MES systems, operational technology, lean principles, and data analysis. Previous line management experience is preferred. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration skills are essential, as is a growth mindset and the ability to innovate and lead teams toward continuous improvement.
