As a visitor, gathering information during your visit at Southern Manufacturing & Electronics is incredibly simple. During the registration process onsite, you will receive a Smart Badge, featuring a special integrated NFC chip. With this Smart Badge, you can effortlessly gather exhibitor information by sliding it over the exhibitor’s badge reader, which is a unique reader displayed by every exhibitor at their stand.<\/p>

      Welcome to My Easyfairs! your online portal as exhibitors!\u00a0<\/p>

      My Easyfairs is the online portal for exhibitors at Southern Manufacturing & Electronics. This is where you will manage all of your information for the show, from updating your company profile and logo to inviting clients and prosects to visit your stand.<\/p>

      Once your stand has been booked you will automatically be sent access via email to the portal to log in. My Easyfairs has four easy sections, these are:<\/p>

      1. Manage your online profile (update your information that will pull through to the website and app)<\/li>
      2. Invite your clients & prospects (share personal links and artwork to invite your network as your guest)<\/li>
      3. Manage your stand (access the webshop, set up your smart badge readers and Visit Connect lead-generation tools)<\/li>

        Visit Connect is a highly useful lead-generation tool to use onsite at Southern. It allows you to scan visitors badges with your mobile device, qualify leads by making notes, and download all information via My Easyfairs. These leads will be available immediately after the are scanned.<\/p>

        Visit Connect is included as part of your EasyGo package. Information about this tool can be found on My Easyfairs under the \u2018Manage your stand\u2019 section.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        Smart Badge readers allow you to collect leads even without speaking to visitors. If a visitor is interested in your products or solutions, they can simply tap their Smart Badge on your Smart Badge reader and your information will be automatically exchanged. It\u2019s exactly like a digital business card!<\/p>

        This means you won\u2019t miss any qualified leads, even if your team is busy speaking to clients or prospects, or away from the stand.\u00a0<\/p>

        Your EasyGo package will tell you how many readers you have for your stand:<\/p>

        GoLeads \u2013 1 reader<\/p>

        GoPlus \u2013 2 readers<\/p>

        GoPremium \u2013 3 readers<\/p>

        Once the show is over and your readers have been returned, you will receive an email to download all Smart Badge touches.<\/p>
