If you have booked a Working Machinery stand, your stand will come only with carpet excluding electrics or walling<\/span>. It is your responsibility to order these in advance.<\/p>

Please contact southern_ops@easyfairs.com<\/a><\/strong> if you would like to remove the carpet from your stand.\u00a0<\/p>

PLEASE NOTE<\/span><\/span>\u00a0that all additional orders will have to be paid by the exhibiting company, and not any third parties such as stand builders.<\/p>

The regulations below are supported by and should be followed in conjunction with the current eGuide, available\u00a0here<\/b><\/u><\/a><\/p>

The overall height should not exceed 4000mm from venue floor level. Requests to build to heights over 4000mm will be considered provided that they are submitted to the Ops Squad team in writing. Please send any requests to\u00a0admin@opssquad.co.uk<\/a><\/span>\u00a0<\/p>

Submitting your plans:<\/strong><\/p>

This year all working machinery stand plans will be submitted and approved on Ffair. All working machinery exhibitors will receive an invite to the Ffair Space Only portal via email.<\/p>

Here you can upload your stand plan submissions and contractor details to be reviewed by Ops Squad.<\/p>

You must submit your stand plans to Ffair as soon as possible so they may be checked to ensure that they comply with the venue and local authority regulations detailed later in this section.<\/p>

If you have not received your invite, please contact admin@opssquad.co.uk<\/a><\/span>. All stand plans must be submitted by 5th<\/strong> January 2026<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>

These plans must include:<\/p>

  1. Detailed drawings of your stand.<\/li>
  2. All dimensions, detail build materials, include at least a ground plan and elevation drawing, include any inflatables or rigged elements, prove the structural stability, be specifically for this exhibition<\/li>
  3. Your stand constructor’s public liability insurance<\/li>
  4. A detailed Risk Assessment which must include details of any unusual exhibits or activities on the stand (any machinery, working kitchens, moving visitor attractions)<\/li>
  5. A Method Statement<\/li>
  6. A Health & Safety Declaration<\/li>
  7. A Construction Phase Plan<\/li><\/ol>

    All documents must be submitted in English and should clearly state the exhibiting company’s name, stand number and the contact name and company of the person responsible for the stand build. Approval must not be assumed until written permission to build is received.
