How does the Smart Badge tech work?

  • Smart badges: Visitors and exhibitors get a Smart badge containing their contact information on an electronic chip 
  • Smart Badge readers: Exhibitors have Smart Badge readers containing all the company information from My Easyfairs
  • Tap to exchange: A visitor taps their Smart Badge on a reader and receives the company information and contact details via email
  • Download your touches: After the show exhibitors can download the contact info for all visitors who have tapped their badge

The amount of Smart Badge readers you have depends on your EasyGo package.

Easily gather and qualify leads at the show via your mobile or tablet. 

How do you use it?

  • Scan potential clients: Use your phone to scan the QR code on a visitor’s badge, all via the Southern Connect app
  • Qualify your leads: Make notes about your interactions with free-form notes, pre-set questions, photos and voice recording
  •  Export your leads: Get immediate access to all contact details on Visit Connect and via My Easyfairs
  • Follow up effectively: Use your notes for tailored and relevant follow-up emails and calls

What is EasyGo & smartbadge technology?

As part of your EasyGo package, you will receive 1,2 or 3 smartbadge readers depending on the EasyGo package you have purchased.

The smartbadge technology requires no physical contact and guarantees a 100% safe event experience.

On your My Easyfairs account, you will have the capability to upload content for each of your assigned readers.

At the end of the event day, visitors who have touched on your reader(s) will receive a Visit Summary email.

As an exhibitor, you will also receive all the leads collected from your reader(s) by the end of the event. You can easily download the leads export from your My Easyfairs account.
