SL Large Plastic Containers
Perfect for use in industries requiring heavy-duty storage, these durable SL containers from BITO will keep up with demand. They're hard-wearing pallet boxes, ideal for use in warehousing and the logistics industry. They maximize your internal packing and storage space, offering practical extras to make every stage of your workflow that little bit easier. These pallet containers from the SL series have a generous load capacity of up to 500kg when used to transport goods. Moreover, with stacked together the static load capacity is an impressive 1,500kg. The lightweight plastic composition makes them a reliable alternative to wire mesh boxes and steel stillages that means you'll never compromise on storage requirements. All models have pallet runners, which makes moving stacks of these pallet containers much easier both by pallet truck and fork lift.
BITO Boltless Shelving
BITO Shelving meets strict quality standards. It accommodates any kind of product. Shelving height and length can be adjusted to fit into any room. Assembly and reconfiguration can be done within a few minutes without tools, and later-on extension is just as easy. Shelving is applicable for unpalletised, light-weight items or unit loads requiring manual picking. Ideal if; - You want to store and archive files space-efficiently. - You want to store or pick loose articles, small items in containers, or any units not stored on pallets. - You need a flexible, easy-to-assemble, cost-effective storage solution which is optimised to meet your individual needs and available space. - You need supply shelving for your assembly point that can be easily restocked based on the first-in, first-out principle.
BITO Multi-Tier Shelving
Multi-tier storage installations are designed to make full use of the vertical space in your warehouse while multiplying the available floor area. They are mainly used for storing and picking non-palletised loads, small parts in bins, unit loads or individual items that can be hand-picked. Low investment costs The investment costs for a multi-tier system amount to only a fraction of the sum that has to be invested in an automated system. This reduces the financial risk, especially when a flexible solution is needed. Centralised warehousing Warehouse capacities can be easily expanded while substantial handling and logistics costs can be reduced. Our shelves are available in various length, width, height and load capacity options and provide utmost flexibility for storing a wide array of products and for accommodating frequently changing product portfolios. Shelf spacing can be adjusted in 25 mm increments. BITO is one of the few companies to manufacture both shelving & racking plus matching bins & containers. Both product groups are optimally adapted to each other to form a perfect bin shelving system. Did you know that many companies leave up to 30% of their storage space unused? Selecting the right bin or container will allow you to make maximum use of your shelving space.
BITO Pallet Live Storage
Choosing the right storage system can save your business significant time and expenses. Perfectly coordinated logistical processes therefore play a substantial role in your business’ success. BITO PROflow live pallet storage enables highly compact, clearly arranged warehousing. Process times are cut down and intralogistical flows become easier to calculate. This avoids downtime, increases warehouse productivity and reduces storage costs. A pallet live storage system eliminates the need for service aisles within the block, saving 60 percent more storage space than a standard pallet rack. Unlike block storage, pallet live storage also permits direct access to all stored items at all times. This guarantees high flexibility and reduces the time taken to pick goods. The system works based on one of the two principles: FIFO In the FiFo (first in, first out) principle, the first item stored is also the first to be retrieved. Each individual channel in a block is loaded with pallets from the loading side. Products are picked from the opposite side. A load separator on the picking side ensures that service vehicles can retrieve the pallets without having to compensate for lane pressure. This helps prevent damage to goods. LIFO In the LiFo (Last in, first out) principle, the last item stored is the first to be retrieved. Goods are both stocked and retrieved from the same side of the rack. The pallets are pushed into the live storage rack against the incline with the help of a service vehicle. This rack type is therefore known as push-back racking.
Multi-Purpose Containers (MB)
The MB standard reusable container is an ideal choice for storage and transportation of goods With the MB multi-purpose, reusable container from BITO, you get three uses in one product. The MB Container facilitates the storage, transportation and picking of goods in one complete container. This reusable container is more stable than cardboard alternatives and does not cause unnecessary packaging waste. Depending on your exact needs, you can order these reusable distribution containers in different sizes. Each MB container is characterised by its high durability and robust design. When empty, these containers are easy to nest. As a result, they take up to 75% less volume in your warehouse and save on valuable space in your warehouse. Since the BITOBOX MB container is temperature resistant within a range of -20 to +80°C, it can even be used under adverse conditions. The MB distribution container is incredibly flexible and can be adapted to even more applications with a host of accessories. Among other things, you can order lids, label pockets, transport dollies and more.
BITO Pallet Racking
Classical pallet racking remains, as ever, the most popular storage system for palletised goods - despite the increasing use of modern technology in the storage and picking fields. The system allows convenient access to every pallet. Moreover, the racking configuration can be easily modified and extended. Flexibility and relatively low investment costs have made this system essential for storage and order picking. With useful and practice-proven accessories, the BITO pallet racking system allows optimal storage of palletised loads in all shapes and sizes. The most common configuration is multi-position storage with 2 - 4 pallets per bay. If pallets are buffered or if complete pallet loads are to be handled, pallets are stored short side facing. For order picking, however, pallets are generally stored long side facing in order to facilitate access. The pallet racking system is available in a range of versions, the most common of which are broad aisle racking, narrow aisle racking and mobile pallet racking.
BITO Carton Live Storage
Roller racking for First In First Out stock control & picking. Carton live storage racks are suitable for use as supply racks for finishing processes and as storage and picking racks. They can be used in a variety of situations and enable compact, clearly organised storage of goods. Reduced travel distances increase system efficiency; working times are reduced while picking performance is increased, and investment costs often pay off within a year. A highly sophisticated, ergonomic design reduces the physical stress placed on employees.

BITO parts bins are available in various sizes, with innovative accessories, providing you with efficient storage solutions for all manner of small goods. Effectively designed to make storing small items easy, practical and secure, even in limited storage spaces. We use a temperature-resistant and easy-to-clean material that is ideal for the food industry. The parts bins can also be fitted with dividers and sliding partitions for efficient. Our bins can be used to store metal parts, screw and nails and general small products. Durable Parts Bins for Warehouse Picking Walls Robust and functional shelving bins optimise production and procedures. Available in different colours and sizes, you'll find containers with volumes from 0.25 litres up to 36 litres for larger models. At BITO, customers can find many different part bin options: RK shelf bins with high stability and substantial capacities. PK shelf bins for lighter small parts. C-part shelf bins with sliding doors, ideal for small parts. BITOBOX SK and BITBOX RK storage boxes, ideal for storage of general cargo.
Leo Carrier (AGV)
BITO UK will be proudly exhibiting one of our latest innovations for the first time at Southern Manufacturing in 2025. The Leo family is part of BITO's AGV solutions offered to customers. LEO AGVs are battery-operated, plug & play-capable autonomous transporters specifically designed to automate material flows between receiving, order picking, assembly through to dispatch. The AGV models are LEO locative, LEO custom, LEO carrier and LEO flow. LEO carrier is a self-driving pick rack. LEO carrier has four shelf levels, each measuring 625 x 425 mm, which can be used to store goods. By entering data on the permanently mounted tablet, LEO can be directed to various destinations. Thanks to the handles at the front and the rear, LEO can be lifted from its track and used as an order picking trolley.
