Cablespeed is the exclusive Komax, Schleuniger and Branson distributor for the UK and Ireland (high Automation). Celebrating our 30th year in 2022, we specialise in all aspects of wire and cable preparation and ultrasonic metal welding solutions. CoaxCentre 6000
The CoaxCenter 6000 is the world’s first machine that can process micro-coaxial and coaxial cables as well as single-conductor wires fully automatically and with high precision. Consequently, the range of applications is in line with the latest trends in automation, miniaturization, information and communication technology, and mobility. The machine platform can be individually fitted with up to six processing stations. Stripping is carried out using the RotaryUnit 6000 or using V-shaped blades with multi-blade heads. The blades and cable guides are designed so that the cable is optimally held in position during processing, without being damaged by the clamping pressure. Stripped cable parts are disposed of by a powerful extraction system.

MultiStrip 9480
The MultiStrip 9480 family offers six machine versions to cover a wide range of applications and budgets. With many additional options and accessories the MultiStrip 9480 is the most versatile cut & strip platform on the market. The fully programmable rotary incision unit (on MR, RS, RSX and RX versions) allows easy processing of high precision coaxial and multilayer applications. Additional features, such as our multiposition cutter head, create a nearly endless range of application possibilities. Each machine can be easily interfaced with Schleuniger’s vast line of integrated accessories to create a fully automatic wire processing production line.
Komax M1650 Tube
Fully integrated tube marking module, flexible, practical, resistant Attractive alternative to inkjet markers Tube Marking Module offers high abrasion resistance thanks to thermal transfer printing. High contrast is ensured for good legibility regardless of the conductor color. Simple and fast wire installation in the control cabinet Labeling with Tube Marking Module allows the marking to be rotated and moved on the wire. This is particularly advantageous in control cabinet construction when wires have to be shortened and markings aligned to the front. High flexibility and fast handling The most varied types of tubes (flat, oval, round) can be processed. The material change (exchange of thermal transfer ribbon and tube material) takes less than five minutes. Sequence production with different tube lengths and labeling is possible.
Delta 240
The Delta 240 semi-automatic crimping-stripping machine with automatic crimp height adjustment offers highly exact repeatability and process quality thanks to its precise mechanics. CFA/CFA+ crimp force monitoring reliably detects missing strands, incorrect wires or insulation in the wire crimp. The cable is not moved during the work process – an advantage for pre-assembled cables. The graphical user interface enables intuitive operation with context-sensitive help, language selection and user rights. Thanks to programming, the settings are reproducible and operator input is minimized. The storage space has been increased to up to 5,000 articles. As an option, the Delta 240 can also be equipped with a bad contact cutter, suction unit and sequence function.
Branson GMX-W1 Ultrasonic Wire Splicer (0.13-40sqmm)
The new Branson GMX-W1 is an ergonomic wire splicing system that can splice cross sections of wires either in-line or pig-tail. A compact, light-weight design is ideal for use as a portable unit on wire harness assembly boards or table top. A state-of-the art capacitive touchscreen with user-friendly HMI allows operators to quickly and easily configure or recall splices, sequences or harnesses from memory.
