Visitors will be able to see the latest additions to EAO’s range switches which now include IP67 vandal-resistant metal switches with illuminated legends and versions with integrated M12 connectors and food-grade 316L stainless steel construction. For vehicle applications, the Series 09 range includes RGB halo and symbol illuminated 2, 6 and 8-way keypads with CAN bus or hardwired interfaces and interchangeable legends along with individual single pushbuttons with any illuminated ISO 7000, or custom symbol allowing for easy integration and configuration of vehicle interiors.
Sanyo Denki Equipment Cooling and Motion Control systems - EAO will feature the latest high airflow and static pressure, axial, counter-rotating and centrifugal fans for demanding cooling applications along with IP68-rated waterproof, ultra-long-life, high-temperature range and shock-proof fans for use in challenging environments. The Sanyo Denki Sanmotion stepper motors and drivers now include motors from 14mm to 106mm frame sizes and next-generation 56mm and 42mm motors delivering up to 40% higher torque and operating with 3dB(A) less noise than standard motors. Improved positioning accuracy and closed-loop control can be achieved using an integrated optical encoder and drivers built into Sanyo Denki’s PB stepper motors.

EAO Series 84 Emergency-Stop Switches
Series 84 emergency stop switches fulfil all requirements in connection with the most important safety elements in machine-building and process automation. In-Cabin Keypads and Rotary Cursor Controller. Modular and reliable, for vehicle interiors. These configurable HMIs are developed in accordance with IATF 16949 and can be combined within a modular design – for reliable and safe E1 applications in the interiors of special vehicles, buses, coaches and trucks. Sanyo Denki Stepper Motor Drivers
Sanyo Denki Stepper Motor Drivers for Easy Integration Micro stepping stepper motor drivers allow efficient precise motor control for drive currents up to 4A with bipolar schemes and 24V drive voltages. The latest F2BFD drivers offer improved performance over the existing BS1D200 series with a 2A and 4A version that double the high speed torque to help reduce the cycle time of equipment, whilst substantially reducing vibration for smoother positioning and lower noise. The 4A version is further enhanced by a PC software based configuration tool to accurately set the IO signals, record maintenance timing notifications and easily select the optimal drive current value.. The new drivers are suitable for use with a wide range of 42m, 56mm ,60mm and 86mm drivers with step angles of 0.9 or 1.8 degrees and drive currents up to 4A per phase.
