AutoCHT
The AutoCHT is a precision tool developed to simulate and control localised condensation on electronic test boards during Damp Heat Testing (DHT). It works by adjusting the temperature of the test board independently of the chamber's environment—adjust test board temperature precisely to 0.1°C control, to at least 1˚C below the Dew Point. Paired with the AutoSIR2+, the tester enables real-time monitoring of how moisture affects different board designs, spacings, and coatings—giving you unrivalled insight into moisture-driven failures.

HATS²™ - Highly Accelerated Thermal Shock Tester
HATS²™ (Highly Accelerated Thermal Shock) 2 Test System for Convection Reflow Assembly Simulation, Reliability and Robustness Evaluation of PCB and Substrate Via Structures and PTH's. A cutting-edge technology designed to simulate convection reflow assembly and evaluate the robustness of PCB and substrate via structures. With unmatched precision and efficiency, HATS²™ revolutionises thermal shock testing offering unparalleled capabilities, including real-time resistance monitoring, rapid temperature cycling between -65°C and +265°C, and the ability to conduct up to 1000 thermal shock cycles per week. Robustness testing ensures that electronics don’t just work in the lab, but keep working reliably in real-world conditions.

UV Booth
UV Inspection & Rework Booth -Defect Detection: UV light is used in fluorescent dye penetrant inspection to detect cracks and defects in electronic components and assemblies. This non-destructive testing method ensures high-quality standards. -Cleanliness Verification: UV light helps verify the cleanliness of components and PCBs by revealing contamination invisible to the naked eye. -Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI): UV light is used to detect surface and sub-surface defects in materials. Fluorescent dyes are applied to the material, and UV light reveals cracks and faults. -Counterfeit Detection: UV light helps in identifying counterfeit products and ensuring the authenticity of materials and components.
