Rubber moulding
Bespoke manufacture to your requirements, including products for damping, extreme environmental performance, insulative or conductive results, shielding, permeability or isolation.
Rubber bonding
To provide the best of both worlds: flexibility and strength; sealing and support. The performance of a bonded component made up of the right combination is greater than the sum of its individual parts.
Materials development
With in-house materials scientists we develop new materials in response to industry demands and to meet specific customer needs.
Product development
If you need to pair unusual materials for a result, or have specific processing or aesthetic requirements, light weight, low friction or environmental resistance properties, we will collaborate with you to develop a product that provides the performance you need.
Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
Non-linear FEA allows you to optimise your component’s performance prior to manufacture based on your unique environment and operating conditions. Representative simulation means right-first-time performance of your products.
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
Our CFD system allows us to model flow effects such as likely heat dissipation based on flow dependence, both for transient and laminar flow types. This will help you to improve the efficiency of your component or product in application.
Testing
If you need real-world testing of finished products we can recreate representative environments. We will also simulate through modelling prior to manufacture or following a failure in the field to identify weaknesses. Whatever you need to test, we will support you in analysis and validation.
