Founded in 1956, Nitto Kohki is a World renowned Japanese manufacturer of a range of industrial duty products for widespread applications globally. Within the range is the market leading 'delvo' series of electric screwdrivers for assembly applications associated in particular with automotive, electronic, white goods and lighting industries and includes the DLV45C/DLV70C Current Controlled Series. These drivers boast 30 different channels, each of which can be individually programmed to carry out a set process. There is also a standard range of clutch drivers - all of which are available for up to 7Nm.

In addition, a Power Tool range which includes a variety of industrial duty surface preparation tools such as grinders, sanders, and reciprocating files and a Machine Tool range that offers the ATRA ACE magnetic based drilling machines and cutters as well as the SELFER ACE portable punching machines.

There is also a LINEAR division which covers a range of OEM air and fluid handling pumps and vacuum pumps and the CUPLA division which has over 25,000 variations for a wide variety of air, gas and fluid handling and transportation applications.

CLA-2720 CORDLESS 'ATRA ACE' - MAGNETIC BASE DRILLING MACHINE

Nitto Kohki CLA-2720 Cordless Atra Ace - Size Does Matter! Nitto Kohki Europe have expanded their ‘ATRA ACE’ range of magnetic base drilling machines with the release of their revolutionary CLA-2720 Cordless ‘Atra Ace’. Being the most compact and lightweight machine available in today’s market at just 7kg (including feed handle and battery), it’s easy to see why interest has been so high! The CLA-2720 is supplied complete with 2 x 18v, 4.0ah Lithium-ion batteries giving it a maximum capacity of 27mm diameter holes through 20mm thick mild steel. As you would expect from Nitto Kohki, the CLA-2720 boasts a range of unique safety features that include a visual motor overload indicator and side slip detection function, it is also fitted as standard with a fine drilling position adjustment once the magnet has been energised. The CLA-2720 comes with the ‘One-Touch’ tool-less cutter replacement for quick and easy changeover which is found throughout the ‘Atra Ace’ product range, and a unique ‘quick-release’ feed handle which can be changed from one side to the other in seconds. Nitto Kohki 'delvo' range of screwdrivers for assembly applications

The latest range of 'delvo' electric screwdrivers, torque testers and vacuum pick-up / screw feed systems will be exhibited this year including a live demonstration bench for customers to try. The range includes a latest DLV04, DLV10 and DLV45/70C 'Current Controlled' series with a torque range of between 0.05 to 7.0Nm. Boasting many features, the class leading DLV45/70C driver has and incredible 30 programmable channels - making it adaptable to almost any application. It can also be run via a robot for automated fastening systems.
