Scroll chuck DURO-M
The DURO-M is a manually scroll chuck with through-hole. It is mainly used on manual turning machines for machining turned parts. The chuck body of the DURO-M is made entirely of steel and designed for optimum accessibility, but at the same time is weight and mass inertia optimized.
5-axis vice RVM
Flexible connection, optimum accessibility, precise machining, easy handling. The RVM is a manually mechanically operated vice without power transmission for clamping all common materials. Its solid yet slim design offers very high stability and accessibility. It is suitable for five-axis machining of a wide variety of workpieces in just one clamping. The RVM can be used in all common milling machines. It is designed as an eccentric vice.
iJaw - Clamping force measurement during machining
Clamping forces in turning and milling machines can now be measured in real time during machining! Different physical influences on the applied clamping force are recorded and output. With the analysis of the data, either by the machine operator or automated analysis, machining processes can be made more precise, safer and more efficient.
