Our UK Technology Centre is the only electronics manufacturing site for the Sony brand in the UK. We’ve been based in Pencoed, South Wales since 1974. In the early 2000's we expanded our offering to third-party customers who need reliable, high-quality electronics manufacturing. We are perfectly located for easy access and fast logistics — just off junction 35 of the M4 corridor. Inside, our state-of-the-art facility brings a cost competitive solution through flexibility, automation and Smart Factory innovation. We successfully deliver both low-volume / high-complexity products such as our Sony professional broadcast equipment, as well as high-volume/ low-cost products like the globally recognised Raspberry Pi. Beyond our doors, our Sony brand positioning offers access to a global supply chain network and further scalability to support your long-term business growth. Business Incubation Centre Located just off J35 on the M4, ‘The Business Incubation Centre’ is a hub of comfortable, modern offices for rent, surrounded by an idyllic woodland landscape.
