Stanelco has recently released a range of user friendly, bench-mounted induction heating power supplies, typically supplied with individually designed Remote Work Head Assemblies. Available air cooled, or water cooled, subject to application requirements. These Compact Remote Work Head Assemblies can easily be mounted within assembly and production machinery, so simply held by hand for lower temperature applications The systems are supplied with proven RFP Software, which allows the operator to programme sequence steps of power level and time durations for precise control with quality assurance proven monitoring where required. MWG1200SS Mobile Solid State High Frequency Plastic Welder

Designed for the welding of PVC sheeting and other plastics, in range of 200-800 micron total thickness. MW600SS Mobile Solid State High Frequency Plastic Welder

The MW600SS Mobile Solid State High Frequency Plastic Welder is designed for the welding of PVC sheeting and other plastics, in the range of typically 200-800 micron total thickness. These are the safety circuits that sit in the background monitoring your machine, waiting to come into operation should a fault occur and ensuring a safe shut-down with minimal damage. As part of our service plans, these circuits are checked to ensure that they are operating correctly.
