Every stage of our process has been carefully reviewed, refined and optimised to improve consistency and deliver exceptional coating quality.

A high-quality powder coated finish starts long before the powder is applied. It begins with creating an environment where contamination is minimised and every process is tightly controlled.

To maintain the cleanest possible environment, we filter fresh incoming air to reduce contaminants entering the paint area. Our operators wear low lint clothing to reduce the risk of fibres affecting the finish, while both virgin and reclaimed powder are passed through ultrasonic sieves to remove contaminants and maintain consistent powder quality.

These measures are supported by a rigorous cleaning regime throughout the facility, with dust and fibre traps strategically positioned to capture airborne particles before they can impact the coating process. Together, they create a controlled environment that supports consistent, high-quality finishes.

Creating a clean coating environment is only part of delivering a high-quality finish. Just as important is ensuring the coating performs throughout its service life. Through carefully managed pretreatment chemistry, precise powder application and tightly controlled curing, we achieve a durable finish with excellent coating adhesion and corrosion resistance.
