Eacy Step Feeder System

The eacy step feed system delivers exceptionally gentle, precise handling of feed materials. Unlike traditional systems, vibration is confined to the linear feed rails, minimizing stress on components and ensuring smooth operation.

Driven by a brushless electric motor and controlled by the intelligent, energy-efficient PFC100 controller, the system provides precise speed regulation for careful, low-friction part feeding. This design minimizes particle build-up, ensuring maximum cleanliness and reliability. For applications with stricter cleanliness requirements, optional vacuum suction equipment can be integrated. The system also supports the DEPRAG CleanFeed concept, which prevents, reduces, and removes abrasion throughout every stage—from part feeding to fastening.

The eacy step feed can be seamlessly combined with DEPRAG storage systems, maintaining consistent fill volumes and extending reloading intervals. It’s also fully compatible with other DEPRAG automation components, including the Feed Module DFM, screwdriving function modules, and the DCOS Controller System.

With its high feed rate, long service life, and compact footprint, particularly for longer feed parts, the eacy step feed offers a superior alternative to traditional vibratory spiral or sword feeders—delivering clean, quiet, and efficient part feeding for modern production environments.
