MDS 845-8T “spider” toolroom mill

Designed and built as a cost-competitive alternative to a small footprint vertical machining centre or toolroom type mill, the compact MDS 845-8T provides manufacturers with improved productivity and greater operational efficiencies.
The machine features a smart and uniquely designed eight-position ATC arranged around a directly-driven (BT 40) 5.5kW/ 8000rpm spindle (10,000rpm option with through-spindle-coolant capability), an 850mm x 420mm table (220kg maximum table load) and delivers fast, accurate and reliable part processing.
