Sword (segment) feeders offer an excellent alternative to traditional vibratory feeders when gentle, low-wear part handling is essential. Available in two sizes—with 0.15-liter or 1.5-liter fill volumes—they ensure efficient, reliable feeding even for delicate or sensitive components.

Precise part positioning is achieved through the intelligent design of the segment-shaped feed rail, which lifts components from the reservoir using a smooth, swinging motion. Guided by gravity and mechanical deflectors, parts glide carefully to the feed rail in the correct orientation. Any misaligned components are automatically redirected back into the reservoir, ensuring a consistent, position-accurate feed with minimal wear and maximum efficiency.
