Safe Break, Short Body Option, 22.5mm Emergency Stop Switches
The XW series of Emergency Stop switches include a revolutionary new technology called safe break action that will change the way E-Stop switches are designed. This innovative concept provides greater levels of human safety and is the first of its kind in the world. Conventional E-Stop switches are designed with spring pressure on the Normally Closed (NC) contacts, keeping them in the closed position and allowing the machine to operate. Improper installation or excessive force to the stop button in an emergency may break or dislodge a vital part, causing the spring loaded contact to stay closed. This situation renders the E-Stop incapable of stopping the machine and can lead to catastrophic events, personal injury and possible loss of life.
Smart RFID Reader
KW2D series smart RFID increases tracking, security, access levels, and productivity of applications. Built for easy integration into industrial systems, this RFID device lets OEM and end users implement secure equipment identification, access control, and traceability. The built-in Ethernet port that facilitates quick connectivity to host devices like PLCs and HMIs using Modbus TCP. A built-in LED and auxiliary buzzer provide feedback on operation status. KW2D readers operate at standard 13.56MHz high frequency, providing a reading distance of up to 15mm depending on the tag style.
Compact and aesthetic navigational switch solution
Ultranavimec™ is a simple and aesthetic navigational switch solution ideal for applications where space is limited, and environment is demanding. It has five positions: a select button in the middle and four navigational positions around it. The solution is compact and designed for optimal functionality with low-profile Ultramec switches giving the solution a distinct sound and fine tactile feel.
Panel Mount LED Indicators
APEM’s indicator range includes high-quality options from 6mm all the way up to 30mm. These premium, robust and energy-efficient indicators are ideal in a broad range of applications from off-road to agriculture, from military vehicles to commercial electronics. APEM’s LED indicators offer 3 illumination levels: standard, hyper- and superbright for your different environments. There are also other customization options, like color of illumination, level of sealing, bezel material, marking or no marking, type of mounting and harness, and length of wires.
Multi-axis Mid-Size Hall Effect Joystick Controller
The XP Series is an innovative and ergonomic mid-size palm joystick, which meets the requirement forsmaller robust and compact applications. It is ideally placed to assist withthe integration of electronic proportional controls incorporating our new wraparound gaiter as standard offering panel seal up to IP66. With an all metal body construction the XP Series is well suited for indoor and outdoor applications. In this series 2 handles are available. The UR provides optimal comfort and control for a wide range of hand sizes. And the MF is designed with an ergonomic and traditional format.
