Cim200 Manufacturing
Cim200 is an advanced manufacturing add-on for Sage 200 Professional. It enhances the Sage 200 Financials, Commercials, Bill of Materials and Project Accounting Modules and adds Cim200 Works Orders, a Graphical Scheduler, Shop Floor Data Capture and Planning to the core system. Cim200 is suitable for businesses with up to 100 concurrent users.

Carbon Footprint Calculator Sage add-on for UK SME Manufacturers. Configure Cim50/Cim200 to calculate the carbon footprint of all your manufactured items, along with non-production overhead emissions and vehicle fleet emissions to give you a complete overview of your business’ carbon emissions. As you process Works Orders, the system will automatically calculate the carbon emissions based on the materials used, machine time, and other relevant factors. The carbon footprint calculator output is expressed as KgCO2e (Kilograms of Carbon Dioxide Equivalent). With this, you can identify which manufacturing processes, machines or vehicles are having the most environmental impact. As well as allowing users to visualise their production schedule, they can also control their shopfloor workload too. The Cim50 and Cim200 Graphical Schedulers integrate directly with Cim50 and Cim200 respectively. The Scheduler draws its data directly from Cim50 or Cim200, allowing the production plan to be reviewed and manipulated, providing ‘What if’ functionality, before committing it back to the CIM manufacturing solution.
