Citizen Machinery combines two leading manufacturers of CNC automatic lathes: Cincom sliding head lathes and Miyano fixed headstock lathes.

Citizen is the world market leader with its Cincom CNC sliding head lathes in the range up to diameter of 38mm; Miyano leads the field of fixed headstock lathes with a bar diameter range up to 80mm and larger billet sizes.

Citizen stands for innovation at the highest international level. The best example of this is our LFV (Low Frequency Vibration) technology. This is a universally applicable and highly efficient cutting technology which allows for chipping swarf from almost all part geometries from the most varied materials. Swarf is broken up in a controlled way thus eliminating machine stops due to tangled stringy swarf.
