About us
COAX Connectors specialises in the design, manufacture, and supply of high performance 50-ohm and 75-ohm RF connectors. We provide a fast turn-around on cable assemblies and many of our connectors are available for next day delivery. If you have a requirement for a bespoke connector, our UK based design engineers can work with you from initial problem solving, through design concepts and prototyping, to supplying a qualified production part.
We manufacture a wide range of 50- & 75-ohm RF connectors, from the tiny 0.4/2.5 which is one of the smallest True 75ohm connectors and offers a plug height of only 3mm above board, to larger connectors such as SMAs, BNCs or N-Types. Whether you require a cable connector, a panel mount connector, or a PCB connector we have many off the shelf products deliverable from stock.
Patch cables, pig tails, jumper cables, feed cables, fly leads, and whole host of other bespoke cable assemblies to suit your requirements can be manufactured in-house by COAX Connectors. Our highly experienced cable assembly staff have all the skills to rapidly terminate your cables correctly.

The outer contact body, Hex nut and Locking Washer are made from passivated stainless steel the Solder Body is gold plated stainless steel . Fits a mounting hole with 2 flats. Suitable RG402 (0.141″) semi rigid and similar cables in COAX cable group HB.
N Type Sealed IP68 Front Mount Bulkhead Crimp Top Hat Clamp Jack (25-291-P3-AW)
N Type 50 ohm front mount bulkhead jack IP68 sealed to 10 meters x 4 Hours Un-Mated. The crimp bullet contact and centre contact are Silver plated and the outer body is white bronze for use in harsh environment. The connector is internally sealed and using a top hat clamp system makes this connector IP68 rated. Fits a mounting hole with two flats from the front of the panel. Suitable for cables in COAX cables group AW.

BNC Straight Crimp Crimp Plug (IP68 Unmated) (10-045-Q66-AI)
BNC 75 ohm straight crimp/crimp plug, for applications up to 3GHz. The interface of this connector is IP68 sealed to provide waterproofing in both the mated and unmated state. The standard 75 ohm interface allows this connector to be mated with any BNC jack and will be sealed even with a standard jack. An adhesive lined heat shrink sleeve is included to seal the cable entry. Contact and crimp sleeve are annealed to provide a robust and durable termination, centre contact is gold plated. Suitable for RG59 or similar cables in COAX cable group AI. Other cable versions available on request.
