BAS-V Downdraft Table with automatic pulse-jet cleaning
The BAS-V downdraft table is the ideal solution for safeguarding operators from intense tasks that generate dust and fumes, such as grinding, welding, cutting, sanding, or polishing. It comes in various configurations, with options for side and rear extraction walls, as well as integrated lighting and wheels for mobility. Equipped with one or more cartridge filters and an integrated automatic cleaning system, it ensures consistent suction efficiency. A specifically designed compressed air tank facilitates cartridge cleaning, maintaining optimal performance. Moreover, the wide range of available options allows for system optimization and customization, ensuring suitability and versatility for various work processes.
ATC20 Cartridge dust collector
The ATC cartridge filter is available with an airflow of 2000 m3/h and comes standard with the automatic cartridge cleaning system using compressed air jets, Dustblaster Pro. The ATC 20 is capable of treating air containing high concentrations of chips and dust while maintaining externally high capture efficiency, even for particles smaller than 1 micron. The automatic cleaning is controlled by an optional electronic economizer, which allows optimizing blowing times and intervals using a differential pressure sensor. ATEX D22 Version The ATC ATEX-MARKING II3GD model is made with electrical components compliant with ATEX Directives for D22 zones. It can be used in areas at risk of explosion due to the presence of explosive dust or gas and is certified for Category 3 GD. Explosive Dust Version The ATC ST1 model comes standard with an ATEX-certified explosion-proof panel, for indoor or outdoor use. It is made with electrical components compliant with ATEX Directives for D22 zones.
BAS-T Downdraft Table
The BAS-T suction bench is recommended for non-intensive use and in the presence of small quantities of dust, fumes, and solvents. It is available in various configurations and can be equipped with suctioning side and rear walls, as well as lighting and wheels. Contaminants are filtered through a two-stage system consisting of a pre-filter and one or more rigid pocket filters. Additional filtration stages for fine and carcinogenic dust can be added using HEPA filters or activated carbon filters, which are useful for eliminating VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) typically present in gluing opera tions.
BAPL Downdraft table
The downdraft tables of the BAPL series are rec-ommended for heavy duty applications and for intensive use in the presence of large quantities of fumes and dust. Suctioning is constant thanks to the compressed air jet filter cleaning system. It can be customized with different types of work-tops, with optional turntable. The BAPL model has upwards side air expulsion and an integrated control panel with electrical and pneumatic sockets to easily connect tools such as grinding wheels, deburring machines, satin finishing machines, etc.
BAPL-AH Downdraft table
The downdraft tables of the BAPL-AH series are recommended for heavy duty applications and for intensive use in the presence of large quanti-ties of fumes and dust. This table is equipped with a pneumatic lifting system, which allows the operator to raise and lower the worktop for optimal comfort. Suctioning is constant thanks to the compressed air jet filter cleaning system. It can be customized with different types of work-tops, with optional turntable. The BAPL-AH model has upwards side air expulsion and an integrated control panel with electrical and pneumatic sockets to easily connect tools such as grinding wheels, deburring machines, satin finishing machines, etc.
BAC Downdraft table
The BAC downdraft table offers the optimal solution for integrating workbenches into a centralized system. You can combine one or more suction benches from the BAC series with our DEPRO or GIC cartridge filter. With an extensive range of available options, you can optimize and customize the system to suit various work processes, ensuring remarkable versatility. This flexibility guarantees high performance and cultivates a safer, more efficient working environment.
PVB Downdraft table
The targeted design of the PVB downdraft table maximizes safety for both the operator and the working environment. This is achieved through its enclosed design on five sides, which guarantees complete suction of pollutants. Equipped with one or more cartridge filters, the PVB suction bench has an integrated automatic cleaning system. This cleaning system is powered by a specially designed compressed air tank, ensuring constant suction efficiency and reducing necessary maintenance. Furthermore, the PVB hopper is designed to be paired with the DustGuard safe dust collection system, allowing for the adjustment of the weight and length of the bag according to needs, avoiding any direct contact between fine dust and the operator.
PVB-H Suction booth
The PVB-H suction booth is particularly suited for sanding, deburring, welding, and grinding of large components. Its design, featuring enclosed sides and transparent rubber curtains at the entrance, ensures maximum safety for both the operator and the working environment, guaranteeing the complete suction of pollutants. The system is equipped with one or more cartridge filters, which are automatically cleaned by the compressed air jet cleaning system, Dust-blaster Pro. This allows the system to operate continuously, minimizing the need for maintenance interventions.
ATM baghouse filter
The ATM baghouse filter is designed for the suction of dust and wood chips, PVC, and other materials. The series is equipped with the automatic cleaning system Dustblaster Pro, which allows continuous cleaning of the filter sleeves using compressed air. The fan, integrated control panel, and containers give the ATM series great versatility of use. The unit is designed to operate in depression, ensuring maximum filtration efficiency and safety against fires and explosions. Upon request, components compliant with ATEX regulations are available, including the motor, explosion-proof panel, fire extinguisher, electrical panel, etc. The high-efficiency reverse-blade centrifugal fan is positioned inside the unit, reducing noise.
