E-Max Shop Floor Data Collection
E-Max's Shop Floor Data Collection (SFDC) is an additional module to the core E-Max ERP software. It is designed to complement and enhance the data gathered in production. Our SFDC enables a deep dive approach into time and attendance and is particularly useful for identifying and reducing downtime of employees and machines. E-Max's SFDC provides our customers with a cutting edge but inexpensive means of collecting production and attendance times directly on the shop floor. Providing a simple yet effective way of capturing your employee data, this module will give you real time, accurate data on both labour and production costs, as well as saving time, reducing errors and increasing productivity.
E-Max Scheduler
With multiple machines and jobs running simultaneously, it becomes ever more difficult to know where and when you have capacity. You can ease this burden with E-Max ERP’s scheduling software and capacity modules, giving you even more information through simple and effective visuals. Considerable specialist knowledge from our team of engineers has gone into the development of our scheduler and planner, making them an effective way of getting the most from your resources.
