Custom Resin Packaging
We work in partnership with fellow Ellsworth Adhesives company KitPackers, to offer custom resin packaging for adhesives, sealants, and specialty chemicals. Custom resin packaging offers several benefits over in-house packaging by lowering costs, enhancing performance and giving you more options. When you choose to use our custom adhesive packaging services, you are guaranteed ease and convenience. Our qualified lab team are fully prepared to handle, store, re-package, and ship hazardous and temperature sensitive materials, allowing you to forget about these hassles. A variety of repacking formats are available from KitPackers, from dual and single cartridge components to bi-pac foil sachets, twin packs, and syringes. A premixed frozen service is also on offer, whereby two-part resins are blended, packaged and frozen on behalf of the customer so that you only need to thaw and dispense the material. Fisnar CCD Camera Vision System
Fisnar CCD Camera Vision System is a powerful and intelligent CCD vision programming and auto adjustment system for creating both simple and complex dispense routines. This results in improved quality due to precise dispense positioning alongside improved production yield and reduced processing time and costs. Dispense programs are created quickly and easily in the Fisnar proprietary vision-controlled Fluid-In-Motion (FIM) software by using the displayed camera image to jog the robot to the exact required dispense location, and then selecting the operation wished to be carried out. Vision System software is supplied with an auto-part alignment function to guarantee fluid is being dispensed at the exact required location. This is achieved by the system capturing an image to two separate fiducial locations on the component and using pattern recognition software to compare the live image against a stored image. Pre-Mix Frozen Resins
Premixed and frozen resins are a convenient and reliable solution for your production line. PMF refers to the blending, packaging and freezing of two component resin/catalyst systems. Our expert team will mix, degas, weigh and package the two-component system, before flash freezing the contents at -78.5°C. The end user will then simply thaw and dispense when required, using the PMF package with total confidence. The pre-mix frozen resin product will be shipped in dry ice and must be stored in a freezer with a temperature of -40 °C. Fluid Research PC200 MAX Valve Controller
The Fluid Research PC200 Valve Controller offers the user a convenient and effective way to control and manage the operation of up to two 1k or one 2k Posipump progressive cavity valves. The touch screen, a user friendly controlled dispense software, features a wide range of intelligent functions. These features allow the user to maximise the accuracy, control, and monitoring of their dispensing application. This product offers a sequence function, that enables the dispense time and flow rate to be changed at pre-set shot intervals. This dispense mode is particularly useful for optimising the efficiency and accuracy of potting applications.

Dowsil CC-8000 Series and Conformal Coatings
The Dowsil CC-8000 Conformal Coating Series are one-part, translucent UV and moisture dual-curable coatings offered in low, medium, and high-modulus options. They provided lightning-fast cure without ovens, enabling high throughput and lower energy cost and are specifically designed for automated spray or dispense processing for high volume production. This series of products are ideal for stability in harsh conditions, excellent protection in highly humid environments and protection against contamination. Dowsil One Component Room Temperature Adhesives (1K RTV’s)
Dowsil one component multi-purpose silicone adhesive sealants are designed to cure at room temperature and to be used for industrial sealing and bonding applications. 1K RTV’s are suitable for applications where you have important temperature differences, CTE mismatches, vibrations to accommodate and maintain a robust adhesion and weather or UV resistance. 3M Nylon Bonder Structural Adhesive DP8910NS
Structural adhesive bonds to polyamides without the need for extensive surface preparation such as plasma or flame treatment. This product is designed to perform at high temperature and environments with elevated humidity. Offers excellent bond strength, durability environmental resistance and adhesion to aluminium, stainless steel and other metals that are commonly joined to nylon.

Fisnar F4303 ELITE Robot
Fisnar F4000 ELITE 3-axis benchtop robots are designed to offer the highest level of precise automated fluid placement and positioning. The CCD camera vision system and laser height sensor allow the system to automatically adjust for changes in part position/orientation and height (included with -IL and -LK models only).
