About us

Eurospray is one of the UK’s largest independant sub-contract paint finishing companies with two sites totalling 30,000 sq. ft. and 70+ employees. Established in 1998 to service the increasing demand of OEM’s for quality finishing at competitive prices, our aim is to ensure that the most appropriate, cost-effective solutions are used on products while building long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Eurospray were the first paint company to gain ISO 9001 2015 accreditation for the application of powder coatings and wet spray painted finishes.

We operate two powder coating plants – one of which has online pre-treatment allowing us to process thousands of parts each day. We have a skilled wet paint workforce made up of more than 25 experienced painters. We have 15 purpose-built wet paint booths across both sites. This gives us a good degree of flexibility when meeting our customer needs. We apply quality cosmetic and protective finishes across a range of markets including electronics, defence, rail, aerospace, retail, automotive, avionic, and medical.

Some of our customers include BAE Systems, NCR, SONY, Ford, Thales, L3 Communications, Honeywell, Leonardo, Aston Martin and Jaguar Land Rover

For the last 15 years we have also been involved in remanufacture/refurbishment programmes for companies such as Virgin Media, Sky, NCR, IBM, Virgin Trains and Toshiba,
