About us
Invacua is a UKAS ISO 9001:2015 accredited company providing specialist precision joining and high-specification assembly services to a multitude of industries. In house capabilities include; Vacuum Induction Brazing, Vacuum Furnace Brazing, Vacuum Heat Treatment and Precision Pulsed TIG Welding, with final testing often undertaken using Helium Leak Test equipment and Residual Gas Analysis. We apply these critical processes in the manufacture and test of precision bespoke assemblies and vacuum vessels, specifically catered to the exacting demands of scientific instrument manufacturers and their needs.
These processes are critical in creating reliable, high-performance instruments used in fields such as Aerospace, Space, Nuclear, Defence, Medical and Analytical Scientific Instruments (e.g. mass spectrometers, particle accelerators or ultra-high vacuum devices).

At Invacua we have two vacuum furnaces which we use in the brazing.
