About us
Lodar Manufacturing Solutions was created in 2025 to serve two key roles:
To build our own automotive products to the highest quality, on time and with full control.
To offer a full turnkey PCBA/CEM service to key partners to build their products to OEM standards.
We understand the issues faced by electronics OEMs and aim to offer the best solution their PCBA and electronics manufacturing needs in the UK. We design, manufacture and export our own electronic products worldwide. So we understand the commercial reality UK electronics business' face everyday.
We have a brand new fully automated SMT capability capable of 133,000 components per hour with inline 3D AOI alongside a fully automated selective soldering line with double sided AOI to ensure we can build quality products at scale. This investment was made with CEM capacity designed in from the start, to run alongside our own requirements not to sell some spare time when it suits us.
With brand new ERP systems installed across the business in 2026 we are at the start of a very exciting journey and are seeking partners to join us building great electronics products in the UK.
