M Seals was established in 1963 and has been a trusted provider of sealing solutions for over six decades. Our many years of experience and knowledge make us a preferred sealing solutions supplier for customers worldwide.
We specialise in the design, manufacture and supply of sealing components and offer a comprehensive range of products tailored to different applications and industries. Our products range from standard seals, with thousands in stock for next day delivery, to customised solutions that meet specific requirements and special environmental conditions. All products are quality assured and we have over 50,000 item numbers in stock ready for next day delivery.

At M Seals, we specialize in providing customized sealing solutions that meet all types of requirements, whether they are for static or dynamic applications. Engineered machined seals can be both technically and economically advantageous for all types of businesses, whether they are involved in service, development and maintenance, or are OEMs. In many situations, it is easier and faster to produce the seals in-house rather than ordering them from suppliers. This saves you valuable time and money. In addition to our standard seals, M Seals specializes in manufacturing quality sealing solutions in unique designs based on customer requirements, ensuring they meet the specific needs of a particular application. We adapt and adjust to the circumstances and can also create new seals and gaskets developed in close collaboration with the customer. We emphasize a collaborative approach, working closely with clients to develop new seals and gaskets that precisely fit their application needs. This process is characterized by flexibility and adaptability, responding to the unique challenges and requirements that each customer presents. We have over 240 different engineered material grades in stock, including: • PTFE • PU • EPDM • NBR • FPM • Silicone • and many more to meet nearly every challenge. This allows us to produce a wide variety of seals and gaskets with a quick turnaround time. Thanks to our extensive material stock and our 24-hour manufacturing operations, we can offer same-day dispatch for both our engineered seals and all stock items while still guaranteeing that each product meets rigorous quality standards and arrives on time.

We manufacture high-quality sealing solutions in unique designs based on customer requirements, ensuring they meet the specific needs of a particular application, including specific international certifications such as WRAS, FDA, USP 3A, and more. We adapt and adjust to the circumstances and can also create new seals and gaskets developed in close collaboration with the customer. We operate our own in-house designed CAD/CAM production software and continuously design and add new seal designs to our portfolio. Additionally, we maintain an extensive range of materials including PTFE, PU, EPDM, NBR, FPM, silicone, and more, enabling us to produce a wide variety of seals and gaskets in a short turnaround time. Every product undergoes documented and stringent quality control measures to ensure compliance with the industry standards and quality requirements.
Gasket Manufacture
We now manufacture flat gaskets in-house using large-format flatbed cutting technology, allowing precise, rapid production to tight tolerances without the need for punching tools. This enables shorter lead times, reduced costs and full flexibility, whether supplying standard sizes or custom-engineered solutions tailored to your exact requirements. Gaskets are available in a wide range of materials, including elastomers, aramid-reinforced fibre, graphite, and food-grade materials compliant with EC 1935:2004 and FDA 177.2600.
