Laaser Cutting & Punching
Through continuous investments LL Potters have consistently been at the forefront of CNC punch/laser combination technology. These machines provide the best of both worlds allowing the ability to create mechanical forms such as louvres, dimples and strengthening ribs or creating multi hit perforated panels all within the same process as high quality, high accuracy fibre laser cutting. Our latest generation of punch/laser machines utilises fibre laser cutting technology, allowing the ability to cut a greater range of materials, including copper, brass and titanium with higher speeds and an even higher repetitive accuracy, ensuring the same great results every single time. Our CNC punch/laser machines, in combination with the very latest programming software, give us a great deal of flexibility when it comes to capacity. We’re able to produce the components that you need cost-effectively and efficiently, helping you to stay on budget and ensure that you remain on schedule.

Powder Coating
Here at Potters, we are not just experts when it comes to sheet metal fabrication; we are experts in electrostatic powdercoating too. Working with a wide range of clients in the UK, we are able to tailor our services to meet a variety of requirements.

Silkscreen Printing
Many Potters customers take advantage of the fact that we have our own “In house” silk screening facility. It enables us to offer the extra finishing process that enables Potters to keep up its long standing all under one roof philosophy. Whatever the scale of your job and the intricacies involved, we will tailor our services to meet your exact needs. The result? An incredible finish, and guaranteed customer satisfaction!

CNC Forming
Utilising the very latest in CNC sheet metal machinery and bending technology, we are able to manufacture all kinds of metal products that require forming from the simplest bracket to the most intricate of formed components or enclosures. We can meet all levels of demand from single units to batch production – so we are sure to be able to work to your exact specifications.

Welding
Here at LL Potters, we specialise in a number of different welding methods, so we will be able to identify the most suitable one for your particular project. We take great pride in the quality of our workmanship, and we have built up a reputation for having an exceptional eye for detail and very exacting standards. We take pride in delivering aesthetically pleasing finished products so that our customers never have to choose between form and functionality.

Metal Plating
We offer a variety of different services to our clients. Currently, we are able to work with surtec, zinc and clear, iridite, nickel, and tin. So no matter what kind of finishing you are looking for on your product(s), we will be able to work to meet your exact specifications. If it’s anodising metal plating you are interested in, then you will be pleased to know that we can offer a full range of colour anodising as well as clear anodising here at LL Potters.

Mechanical Assembly
We are proud to offer a truly comprehensive mechanical assembly service. Your final product can be partially or completely assembled, depending on what you require. Within our main manufacturing facility, we have a dedicated assembly unit at our disposal, which is further broken down into modular workstations and assembly lines. These are suitable for each customer’s unique requirements, making our space the optimum environment for efficient, truly bespoke unit assembly.
