Timeless Tube specialises in custom-shaping unique stainless steel and aluminium tube profiles, offering enhanced aesthetics and functionality over standard round tube or box section.
The oval, flat-sided oval, radiused square, D-shaped and hexagonal tubes are made to order in an impressive range of sizes and finishes, with new shapes, sizes and connectors regularly developed for client prototypes.
The shaped tube profiles are used by engineers, designers and manufacturers across a wealth of applications, including:
- Internal components and machinery
- Heating and cooling systems
- Frames and railings
- Furniture and lighting
- Interiors for railway and mass transportation
- Display fixtures and kiosks
- Exhausts and silencers
- Housing for electrical cabling and components
- Decorative architectural metalwork
Further fabrication services including tube bending and metal polishing are available upon request.

Metal Fabrication
Timeless also offer several additional services for further tubing and metalwork fabrication – from bending metal tubes to welding stainless steel components. Recognised for their excellence in bespoke metalwork, the talented team achieve the highest standards in order to meet clients' precise specifications. Clients regularly find that using Timeless’s additional tube fabrication services often helps to save time and budget. These services include; - Welding (TIG and MIG), Brazing and silver soldering - Tube bending and tube rolling - Cutting - 5-axis CNC machining - Tube End Reduction and Tube End Expansion - Laser-etching - Design consultancy and feasibility advice

Metal Polishing
Reflective and grained finishes for tube profiles and other stainless steel or copper-based components are available from the Timeless professional polishing team. If your bespoke metalwork requires polishing post fabrication, our talented in-house polishing department may be able to help. Timeless boast a fully-equipped polishing studio where we hand-polish tubing and other metalwork for a variety of clients, including architects, boat manufacturers, lighting designers, interior designers, restorers, aerospace professionals, brewers and private clients.

Shaped Metal Tubes
Timeless have spent over three decades developing our forming techniques, which allows the British manufacturer to offer an unrivalled variety of tubing shapes, sizes and finishes. Their engineers form tubing by carefully cold-rolling round tube using specially engineered tooling; achieving a specific dimension or shape according to agreed tolerances is a complex process.

Tube End Expansion and Reduction
Timeless Tube's engineers can precisely adjust round tube diameters by up to 20% of the original size (depending on the material), achieving continuous, infinitely adjustable expansions and reductions for round tube within the specified range of each tool. Their highly flexible tooling provides a cost-effective solution for custom jobs and prototypes as well as volume production work. The machines can also accommodate pre-bent parts and other custom profiles such as Timeless Tube's radiused square tube.

Custom Slotted Tubes
Custom slotted tubes for bespoke balustrades, architectural glazing, illuminated products and other engineering applications. Until now, designers, architects and fabricators have faced limitations with off-the-shelf slotted tubing. Circular slotted tubes can’t always meet the aesthetic and user demands of the application. Timeless Tube's experienced metalworkers have responded to clients’ requests for bespoke slotted tubing, engineering methods to channel shaped tubes according to your exact requirements. A flat-sided oval balcony rail that is comfortable to lean against, an elegant D-shaped handrail that is easier to grasp, and space-saving illuminated lift-car supports — whatever your application, our slotted solutions offer strength, style and ergonomic advantages. These slotted tubes are also available with sweeping bends and tight corner joins using special fabrication techniques developed by Timeless Tube especially for these alternative geometries. Slotted tubes in stainless steel, brass, aluminium and mild steel are available, with a range of polished and brushed finishes. We can also laser-cut sections out of our larger tubes to accommodate lighting, digital screens in kiosks and other mechanisms. Tube end transitions (oval-to-circular and square-to-circular)
Tube-end forming tools enable Timeless Tube fabricators to return shaped profiles such as oval and square tube back to circular tube at the ends. This is ideal for products such as exhaust transitions used in automotive applications. It also allows manufacturers to use standard circular tube fittings while benefitting from the aesthetics and ergonomics of distinctive shaped tube profiles.

Non-circular tube profiles and coils for heat transfer applications
These unique non-circular tubular geometries expand the range of design options available for heat-transfer applications. Positioned as enabling solutions rather than fixed designs, the profiles allow engineers to explore alternative balances between thermal behaviour, component size, and system layout. Flat-sided oval coils Timeless Tube's engineers have developed a technique of successfully forming and fabricating flat-sided oval tubes into coils, which are configurable with coil turns in either plane. These coils offer a compact arrangement with increased surface density and improved positional stability relative to circular coils. This supports tighter coil packing and reduced overall space requirements, creating opportunities for more compact heat-exchange components in space-restricted environments. Non-circular twisted tubes New twisted hexagon and twisted cruciform tubes join Timeless Tube's twisted oval tubes as a family of innovative profiles that open up new possibilities for thermal system design. These rotating profiles alter internal and external surface interaction along the tube length. Rather than relying on added fins, inserts, or secondary heat-transfer features, they offer opportunities to: - Improve utilisation of available tube surface area - Encourage enhanced interaction between fluid and tube wall - Enable more compact heat-transfer components through tighter packing and reduced overall space requirements. The tube geometries are intended for use in a wide range of heat-transfer and thermally driven applications, including heat exchangers, condensers, compact cooling assemblies, and space-restricted mechanical systems. They are currently available in stainless steel, brass, copper, titanium, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals.
