Also on stand G240 you can experience Vision Engineering’s breakthrough digital stereo technology, Deep Reality Viewer (DRV) which enables real time stereo digital collaboration across teams and supply chains in a completely new way. No special glasses nor headsets are needed to view the stereo HD image.
3D HD images can be shared across networks to other DRV systems in real time, for simultaneous remote viewing. Now your colleagues can view anything from sensitive subjects in strictly controlled environments through to newly made prototypes created remotely, without ever leaving the office. LVC 200
LVC 200 is part of Vision Engineering's LVC range of fully automated 3-axis measurement systems. Extraordinarily capable, but surprisingly easy to use, LVC measuring systems have the power and versatility to meet the needs of demanding manufacturing environments. Ideal for measuring large components or batches of small components with a measurement range of up to 400mm x 300mm x 200mm. Rapid, cost-efficient measurements A motorised measuring stage and zoom lens work together to automate the movement of the system, reducing measurement time and operator discomfort. Not only that, but the multi-position motorised zoom lens enables rapid magnification changes to be part of measurement programs. A robust CNC CMM with compact footprint for high levels of measurement accuracy. For those with limited shop floor space, Deltron is a robust and accurate CNC coordinate measuring machine, combined with compact footprint, but with substantial construction to ensure stability. This unique combination is only made possible by its delta mechanism incorporating carbon fibre rod construction, and well developed software control delivering high levels of measurement accuracy and repeatability. Deltron features fully sealed recirculating bearings, delivering four key benefits – no dirt ingress, no gearbox, no compressed air requirement and smooth, fast operation.
