Yunex Built provides a comprehensive suite of UK based manufacturing capabilities and services for all your electronic manufacturing needs.
Yunex Built is a sub-brand of Yunex Traffic, a global market leader and manufacturer of traffic and transportation products that operate in harsh environments and challenging conditions in towns and cities across the UK and around the word.
Our Yunex Built product manufacturing expertise covers PCBs, typically housed in bespoke enclosures, complete with tailored cable harnesses and connectors. These products can be manufactured for you in our cutting-edge award-winning facility in Poole, Dorset.

Automation
The production facility in Poole provides a benchmark of manufacturing excellence. Each of the plant’s production cells is extremely flexible, and with the ability to manage changeovers quickly and efficiently, it is perfectly suited to high-mix, low- to medium-volume manufacture. This allows batch sizes from a single prototype right up to quantities of 2,000 PCBs and more to be manufactured extremely cost-effectively.
To ensure the electronic assemblies meet the highest industry benchmarks for quality and reliability, the teams undergo rigorous training in accordance with the latest standards. Our manufacturing facility is certified with IPC 610 and 620 in class 2. Furthermore, the Yunex Built repair centre specialises in the meticulous reworking, modification, and repair of electronic assemblies, strictly adhering to the IPC-7711 and IPC-7721 standards.
Recognising its quality, reliability and ability to innovate, in 2023 the manufacturing facility in Poole won a total of six prestigious industry awards. Securing The Manufacturer MX ‘Manufacturer of the Year’ award was the crowning achievement, confirming Yunex Built’s position as an industry leader committed to excellence across a range of sectors.

PCB Design, Build, Assembly and Repair
Our manufacturing facility specialises in printed circuit board assembly, build, design and repair. It can do single prototype to quantities of 2,000 PCBs+ manufactured cost-effectively. We manufacture, test and repair PCB's, ensuring full lifecycle support. With 2 surface mount lines with AOI capability and skilled through hole technology employees. Our PCB cell alone consists of over 50 people who work to an ISO9001:205 quality standard.
Cable harnessing and looming
Our in-house cabling and harnessing expertise allows us to create custom cable forms and bundles tailored to your product needs.
Box build
We offer comprehensive Box Build services including assembly, configuration management, and rigorous testing to deliver precise and reliable PCB products for a wide range of industries.
