Additive Manufacturing

From prototypes to production, expert additive manufacturing tailored to your application.

Ogle's additive manufacturing service enable businesses to accelerate product development, validate designs and produce complex components and scale into production without the limitations of traditional tooling. Combining advanced technologies, engineering expertise and manufacturing insight, we deliver everything from early-stage prototypes to production parts.
Capabilities include Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), Stereolithography (SLA), Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM), including large-format additive manufacturing, providing solutions for a wide range of applications and performance requirements.
Our largest SLS build volume of 700 x 380 x 580mm allows for large parts printed as single pieces but also cost effective batches of production parts for higher throughput.
Additive manufacturing is ideal for components with complex geometries, internal features, lattice structures and customised designs that would be difficult or costly to produce using conventional methods, alongside qtys or parts where injection mould tooling would be cost prohibitive.
A broad range of materials are available, including options for strength, flexibility, transparency, temperature resistance, fire retardancy, biocompatibility.

Typical applications include:
- Functional and engineering prototypes
- Design verification and product testing
- Low-volume and bridge production
- Customised and end-use components
- Jigs, fixtures and manufacturing aids
- Concept, exhibition and display models

Key benefits:
- No tooling costs or long setup periods
- Freedom to create complex geometries
- Cost-effective low-volume manufacture
- Fast design iterations and modifications
- High accuracy and repeatability
- Material options tailored to the application

Unlike a standalone 3D printing bureau, Ogle combines additive manufacturing with CNC machining, modelmaking, finishing and assembly capabilities, allowing us to deliver complete solutions that meet both technical and commercial requirements.
