Near Miss Reporting System

Keep you staff up to date immediately with a simple board to communicate issues that have been raised. T Boards placed at the entrance to or end of a production area will mean that eveyone going into that area will be notified of ANY hazard highlighted.

T Cards are a great way to generate and raise issues, then progress and communcate to others the status.
