Every project starts with method selection, shaped by material, application, volume, size and finishing requirements. We offer a broad range of manufacturing routes, including lost wax, lost foam, die casting, shell moulding and machining from solid billet, alongside forging, metal injection moulding and fabrication methods such as stamping and pressing.
Once the metal blank method is selected, our hybrid model comes into play. Parts can be fully finished in India or the UK, with options including machining, coating, polishing and complete assembly. We can also source non-metal bought-in parts and assembly components to simplify your supply chain.
With stockholding and call-off support based on forecast demand, Trushape helps find the right balance between production logistics and inventory control. Our logistics team keeps parts moving smoothly, supporting reliable, on-time delivery worldwide.
With our roots going back to the 1940’s in the marine trade, Trushape has become a multi-industry supplier working amongst all production tiers from our T1 automotive company or T3 in the defence or power generation market, good general engineering practices go into supplying quality metal components.
