Conformal Coating - UV Cured
Our process explained:
Conformal coating significantly improves PCB reliability,
durability, and environmental resistance with minimal size and
weight impact. It is used as a protective barrier, guarding
against contamination and moisture, as well as providing
mechanical support during light impact and vibration.
Our selective concoat service uses a PVA Delta 8 machine,
which is highly accurate and provides a cost-effective and
consistent process. The machine removes a need for masking,
de-masking and touch-up. This is partnered with a Nordson
UV-9 inline UV curing oven for touch dry coating.
We can safely and effectively manually coat boards where
required using customer specified concoat. Custom masking
jigs can be developed using 3D printing solutions.
