Ogle's SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) 3D printing service produces strong, durable parts directly from nylon powder without the need for support structures. This allows complex geometries, internal features and functional components to be manufactured quickly and cost-effectively, making SLS one of the most versatile additive manufacturing technologies available.
Using industrial SLS systems, we manufacture high-quality parts for product development, engineering validation, low-volume production and end-use applications. The process delivers excellent mechanical properties, making it ideal for components that need to be assembled, tested or used in real-world environments. Glass filled and fire retardant material variants are also available.
Our capability includes build volumes of up to 700 x 380 x 580mm, enabling both large components and efficient batch production of multiple parts within a single build. Components can be supplied as-built or enhanced through dyeing, painting, machining and assembly to meet functional or aesthetic requirements.
