Keypads and Silicone Components
We have extensive experience in the design and manufacture of bespoke silicone keypads and compression moulded components, manufactured by a selection of long-term strategic partners with whom we work in close partnership. Pressure Die Cast Components
Die casting has become the trusted manufacturing solution for a vast range of applications and industries. Not only will it provide a durable product, intricate design features can also be included within the tooling, such as a corporate logo. Gelec also offers a range of post-cast processes and finishes to deliver complex, high-quality components tailored to your needs.
Plastic Injection Moulding

Custom DC Power Fan
SUNON’s extensive DC offering covers a wide range of sizes, each with different voltage, bearing and speed variations to suit every application. For markets with very particular requirements, SUNON has developed ranges of DC fans that target these specific needs. The Super Silence range (HA series) delivers exceptional efficiency and low sound pressure (dbA), and utilizes SUNON’s patented MagLev bearing technology. The Power Fan range (PF/VF/VG series) is targeted at applications where high flow/velocity and reliability are a must.
ATEX fans
When you need to manage potentially explosive atmospheres, nothing can be left to chance; the slightest spark can be catastrophic. Circulating air and avoiding friction are core functions of any device used in explosive atmospheres. Sunon's ATEX-certified EC fans are engineered for commercial refrigeration, hazardous areas, and applications using flammable refrigerants.
Logistics Management
Ordering in bulk delivers unit cost savings through economies of scale. But you then have to hold that stock, taking up space and incurring costs. Gelec can warehouse your components in the UK or Hong Kong and deliver to your production facilities, wherever in the world they are, to an agreed schedule. If you find you need to alter that schedule, we can do that quickly and easily. Making use of our storage facilities removes costs and improves efficiency for you.
