Pneumatic Motion

Correct compressed air preparation is essential for optimum performance of your pneumatic ring-main and equipment. IMI Norgren are experts in the FRL arena, where our ranges have been at the forefront of industry for many years. Our product ranges, including Olympian Plus and Excelon Plus, are available from individual to combination units. Excelon® Plus Excelon® Plus has been designed with safety in mind. Tamper resistant features are built in as standard, with padlock features on the filter-regulator, regulator and shut-off valves. A rotating safety shut-off valve makes it easy to isolate the system with no reduction in performance; a unique double safety bowl lock, with an audible bowl clip plus a safety detent when pressurised, makes it impossible to remove the bowl when in use. The new and improved filter maintenance system allows the filter element assembly to be removed with the bowl, enabling faster and cleaner servicing. It also features our unique Quikclamp system locking Excelon Plus modules together. With the new safety and functionality features and a compact and lightweight design with no compromise on robustness, Excelon Plus helps keep customers’ machines running smoothly across several industries including factory automation, steel production, petrochemical and the rail industry. We offer a comprehensive range of high performance IMI Norgren pneumatic cylinders and actuators that have been proven in the market over many years. Our market leading range of ISO standard cylinders has been proven in the market over many years and in the most challenging environments. Backed by our standard warranty the range comes in 11 different bore sizes and offers stroke lengths of up to 3 metres. Running costs and total cost of ownership can be optimised using our low friction levels to operate at lower air pressures. Our ISO standard cylinder ranges conform to the following international standards: • ISO 15552 • ISO 6431 • VDMA 24562 • NFE 49-003-1
