About us

• Established in 1995, Technoturn is a leading sub-contract manufacturing business based in the south-east of the UK, and specialises in the production of high precision
machined components and assemblies.

• Utilising our AS9100 Quality Management System, we ensure that the products we manufacture meet the highest quality standards as required by our customers.

• Offering both fixed head and sliding-head turning capability alongside 3, 4 and 5-axis milling, we can accommodate and all machined-part requirements.

• In addition to manufacturing machined parts, we also offer high-precision mechanical assembly services, reducing our customers in-house processing requirements.

• Our priority is to deliver a comprehensive service that is tailored to best suit the requirements of each customer – whether it’s a simple low-volume machined-part for development purposes, through to high-volume complex assemblies dispatched from stock against a KANBAN agreement, or anything in-between!

• In addition to our in-house services, we also offer a wide range of secondary services through established sub-contract partners including heat-treatment, plating, painting. We manage these external processes with the same level of care and attention to detail that we apply to our in-house processes, meaning that our customers can be assured that we always hit the mark when it comes to quality, service and price.
