Our modular tooling bolster system is a game-changer for projects.
Using our 150mm Square inserts, we can realise single or multiple plastic parts with a max moulding projected area of no larger than 100mm x 100mm.
By utilising bolsters with pre-built functionality, we’ve significantly reduced tooling costs and manufacturing lead times for clients with suitable parts, saving our customers time and money.
We’ve recently expanded this innovation to suit our vertical clamp and horizontal injection moulding machines.
These machines are ideal for insert overmoulding, plastic premould overmoulding and cable connector strain relief mouldings - the machine geometry works with gravity to simplify insert and item location as well as cable and cable connector positioning.
