At ABL Aluminium Components, we’ve recently invested in a new automatic powder coating line, featuring the WAGNER Supercentre Evo spray booth and a bespoke conveyor track designed specifically to suit our space, workflow and production requirements.

The Supercentre Evo is a high-performance automatic powder application system, designed to deliver consistent, repeatable coating quality across aluminium components of varying sizes and complexities. By automating the powder application process, we’re able to achieve a uniform, high-quality finish while maintaining tight control over coating thickness and appearance.

Our custom-designed track system allows parts to move efficiently through the coating process, optimising throughput and ensuring smooth integration with our wider fabrication, machining and assembly operations.
