X-ray inspection reveals hidden joints under BGAs and QFNs, giving confidence in what the eye can't see.
Some solder joints, such as those under BGAs and QFNs, are hidden from view. Our X-ray inspection lets us see inside these connections to check for voids, bridging and incomplete joints that optical inspection can't detect. It's an essential part of our quality process for complex, high-density boards and high-reliability applications.
