Our highly skilled and experienced tool-making partners, both locally and internationally, build tools to a proven MGS specification and tools are stringently tested for production. With the addition of our CNC machine, our toolroom is equipped to manufacture tooling onsite. The expertise of our tool makers Our on-site tool room also provides support facilities ensuring the care of your valuable asset per international manufacturing best practices. The MGS planned maintenance programme, linked to our ERP system, provides reliability and results in every production cycle. We use approved tooling partners, alongside our toolroom, for modifications and engineering changes to ensure your tool has minimal downtime and remains in production, continuing to produce a high-quality output.

For rapid aluminium tooling please visit our dedicated website at PLASTIC PARTS 3D/Rapid-Aluminium-Tooling We take your design or idea and convert it into 3D in our design studio, where our skilled team then progress this through the necessary steps to create the injection mould tools. This computerised information gets used to machine the tooling to the required specification and again, our skilled staff finish off and assemble the tools ready for trialling and production.

Toroid Splitting, Rod Cutting and Machining
A toroid can be split into two halves for easy installation around existing high-voltage wires. Custom jigs and cutting discs ensure precise machining with minimal damage using 3-axis milling machines. Similarly, rods can be machined to any required length using specialised cutting wheels and jigs, providing a clean finish and versatile fit for various applications.
