      JBEE offers our customers an Environmental Chamber Calibration Service to ensure that your Environmental Chamber operates at the correct and required conditions to complete your testing accurately, we recommend an Annual Environmental Chamber Calibration. At JB Environmental Engineering Ltd we provide an environmental chamber calibration service covering Temperature and Humidity for all types of Temperature Chamber, Humidity Chamber & Climatic Chambers and Environmental Test Chambers. The environmental chamber calibration service carried out can be either single point or Multiple Points (uniformity) of calibration across a range of conditions. The range of conditions can be at multiple temperatures & humidities across the specific operating conditions you use or can be carried out over the operating range of the test chamber to achieve the most accurate environmental chamber calibration. The environmental chamber calibration is carried out to UKAS Traceable standards using our fully UKAS calibrated instrumentation, we use an 8 Channel ASL F200 Temperature meter and 2 x Rotronic HP22 Humidity Meters. The use of these meters provides us with a Calibration Measurement Accuracy of ±0.01°C with a resolution of 0.001°C over a Temperature Range of -200°C to +850°C. When the environmental chamber calibration has been completed a certificate of calibration is supplied detailing the temperature & humidity points calibrated with the measurement errors found, we will also adjust the environmental chamber controller settings as necessary to ensure the maximum accuracy of your environmental test chamber. The Environmental Chamber Calibration can be carried out as part of an annual test chamber maintenance or as an independent Chamber calibration at any time to suit our customers requirements and needs. An environmental chamber calibration also ensures that our customers are meeting their certifications and standards they require to complete their customers’ requirements.

    4. Environmental Test Chamber Refurbishment

      If you own an older Environmental Chamber, JBEE can offer a complete environmental chamber refurbishment service to replace outdated controllers and refrigeration systems and return the Test Chamber back to its original performance. The Environmental Chamber Refurbishment will consist of replacing the old control system with the latest up to date controller and electronics for easier programming and closer more accurate control of the chamber. The environmental chamber refurbishment will also include a complete updating of the refrigeration system with the fitting of new control valves and equipment and the installing of the latest environmentally friendly refrigerant that meets the current and future FGAS regulations, this can either be the upgrading of the existing compressors or a completely new compressor system. JBEE can also include the repair of any metal panels, shelves, brackets, door catches ETC during the Environmental Chamber refurbishment as well as ensuring all the wiring and electronics are in a good condition. During the environmental chamber refurbishment, we can also upgrade the performance of the chamber to improve your testing capabilities and efficiency. The environmental chamber refurbishment will make your chamber operate more efficiently and effectively whilst being easier to use, in most cases the refurbished chamber will use less electricity power so be more cost effective to operate. It will in general be a cheaper cost for an environmental chamber refurbishment than replacing with a completely new chamber so offer a more cost-effective solution alongside increasing the reliability of the environmental chamber and upgrading the chamber to meet the latest regulations and technology.
