Electromechanical Assemblies
Our electromechanical assemblies combine precision engineering and electronics manufacturing services to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. From PCB and full product assembly to custom integration, we support your projects from prototyping to volume production.
Electronic Access Control Systems
CONTROL WITHOUT COMPROMISE LISTA Electronic Control not only allows you to control access to important stored goods securely, but also with maximum flexibility, as you can configure your dispensing system as required: various modules can be individually combined, and access rights freely distributed and organised – either for individual drawers, drawer compartments or both combined in a single cabinet. This means that you always receive a consistent solution in a modern design, with perfectly coordinated accessories on request, and of course with integrated emergency opening. What more could you want?

Electronics assembly
We are very proud of our high quality dedicated electronic manufacturing unit, with IPC trained and certified staff. Our wide-ranging experience of circuit board assembly means we tailor each job to the customer’s unique requirements and preferences. RVL offers full electronics design and assembly capabilities, but your project might mean you only require one or two elements of this “pick and mix” style service. If you have an existing PCB (Printed Circuit Board) design, we offer an assembly service, so just choose what you need: - sourcing parts and components, - incoming component inspection, - prototyping, - scheduling production (as the contract electronics manufacturer) of your project, - testing, - quality control, - inspection, - final box build, if so desired. Whether you need a prototype, a small one-off batch, or a few thousand units every month, you can benefit from our flexibility, our speed and attention to detail. RVL is the UK Contract Electronics Manufacturer of choice. But don’t just take our word for it. Read what one of our satisfied customers has to say: "Board inspection and testing now completed. A perfect assembly job, perfectly executed without any drama. Fantastic, I am extremely impressed. Thank you, RVL! Peter Ellefsen (Director), Pan Technology
Electronics design
Our team of electronics design and development engineers knows just how to create innovative electronics to meet your needs. You might only want help with one aspect, or you might need a bit of everything – we are happy to provide a “pick-and-mix” approach, as we are specialists in custom electronic design. This is RVL’s complete service; all under one roof. First of all, come and meet our technical team, if you possibly can. We welcome visitors, as we find that a face-to-face meeting always ensures the best communication and transfer of ideas. Your project will be handled by experienced professional developers who appreciate how important your project is. Be reassured that your IP is protected and safeguarded throughout the process. (When it comes to electronic product design, we know just how important this is to our clients). We listen to your requirements, and work with you to keep the development process smooth and stress-free at every stage. Once finished, our electronic manufacturing team is on hand to turn the design into electronic reality. Providing ongoing technical support is also one of our core strengths. (We want your product to be a success!) If you need to upgrade your product in future, we are on hand to help. Our industry experience will benefit your project : Our experienced engineers have previously worked on many development projects so we know how to source materials, components and specialised contractors if required. We have designed for projects that include industrial analysers, sensors, RF modules, telemetry and communication interfaces. Clients have asked us to work on a range of products from laboratory equipment, harsh environment electronics, automotive systems, security systems and RF sensors to pyrotechnic controllers and hydroponic management systems.

Electronics for Fans & Accesories
No mechanics without electronics. Our fans and blowers are often available with BLDC driver electronics already integrated. For blowers without integrated electronics, solutions need to be provided by the customer, which usually require a lot of effort and care. To simplify this process, we offer the Evaluation Motor Driver Box MDB-48/10 as a development tool. Another helpful product is the versatile brushless motor driver MSDM-24/10, specifically designed for the sensorless operation of Micronel blowers, to enable seamless system integration.

Electronics Skills Courses
We recognise that not every business is ready to adopt IPC Certification and standards, or maybe they want to, but they need to up skill some of their staff to ensure a base level of knowledge and skills first. So we’ve created a range of Skills Courses aimed at everyone from complete beginners to seasoned professionals aiming to refine their existing skills to new technologies. Our Electronics Fundamentals courses consist of: - Introduction to Electronics Fundamentals - Introduction to Electronics Fault Finding - Understand the Dangers of ESD/EOS In our Soldering portfolio we offer training on: - Introduction to Through-Hole Soldering - Introduction to Surface Mount Soldering - Advanced Through-Hole Soldering including Rework - Advanced Surface Mount Soldering including Rework And our third core area is Cable and Wire Harnessing, consisting of: - Advanced Cable and Wire Harness Assembly
