Our equipment nameplates have been through extensive testing to ensure that they are UV stable for a minimum of 5 years. Because of this we pride ourselves on delivering equipment nameplates that are suitable for use within external environments. We can manufacture equipment nameplates on either polycarbonate or polyester using the UV inks to provide bold, bright coloured detail that is UV resistant. Metal equipment nameplates can be manufactured using either anodised aluminium or stainless steel. Anodised aluminium equipment labels can be digitally printed using anodic inks that are sealed beneath the anodic layer to create a scratch and scuff resistant label that can house variable information including serial numbers and barcodes. Stainless steel equipment labels can be chemically etched at our North Yorkshire factory. These can then be infilled with ink to provide a bold and bright label that can be used in harsh environments such as marine and offshore. All our materials used can be printed with your individual artwork and will house your logo to provide a truly personal plate that fits in with your company’s corporate branding. This unit is designed for flexibility expandable in any direction of functionality. It is the ideal fit for high mix, low to medium volume and is the ideal unit for NPI, low volume OEM, through to mid volume CEMs. The Fox can drive up to 200 feeders, illustrating its dedication to high-mix production. The ESTA series of down draft tables are well suited for industries that work with metal dusts, Plastic dusts, CFRP-/GFRP dusts, Stone dusts, as well as vapours and welding fumes. Activities where these contaminants may be present include machining, mixing, grinding, ect. Different sizes are available depending on the user's needs and both stationary set up and mobile set up are available. The table is highly adjustable, and is available in a standard set up ( no panels ), with side panels, and finally with a back wall extraction panel as well.

The ESTA Dustomat Dry series of compact dust extractors are suitable for applications that include plastic, composites, and metals, possessing a separation efficiency of up to 99.995%. The Dry series can configured in multiple configurations, including activated carbon options, HEPA Filtration, variable speed drives, W3 option for welding and for dust applications ATEX certification.

The Dustomat Hydro is a compact wet filter unit suitable for multi and single station extraction of metallic dusts & sparks produced during applications including welding, polishing, & grinding. For explosive materials an ATEX compliant version is available. The Hydro series utilised water separation technology; the first stage filter possessing a separation efficiency of 98.7% subsequently remedying sparks and dusts effectively harmless. Contaminants extracted are effectively bound in water which can be then discharged via a drain cock located at the bottom on the unit. The extracted air is then fed through a multi-stage filter system which can be configured according to the user's individual needs and intended application. For particularly hazardous dusts , a Hepa H 14 filter is recommended ( possessing a separation efficiency of >99.995%, allowing clean air to be exhausted back into the atmosphere.
