
Final Assembly -Box Build, Looms and Potting
Our process explained: We have flexible production areas where we can dedicate entire Production lines for low to high volume box build. We can also modify the space to accomodate large units such as cabinet builds and looms. We have a diverse range of handheld tools, a wire stripping machine for automatic cutting and stripping, as well as a stripper crimper machine for insulated ferrules. We have a semi-automatic machine for dispensing potting resin with consistent results, whether it’s full or partial encapsulation. For this, we use multiple Robnor Resins MD30 S/H potting machines. Potting is typically used for products that require strain releif, sealing from environmental concerns, to protect copyright or where the product is required to be intrinsically safe to operate in a flammable environment. Final Product Test
Where manufacturing includes final product build, extensive testing to customer supplied specification can help ensure faultless operation and in-service reliability. Testing may be undertaken on customer supplied rigs or alternatively we can design and manufacture appropriate test rigs and fixtures from the simple to the sophisticated with PC, control and auto print-out.

Financial Management
Caliach's manufacturing business management system is designed from the outset for the smaller manufacturer. Our ERP system incorporates Financial Management. We have incorporated into our ERP the functionality to generate customer invoices and pay invoices for suppliers.

Fisnar CCD Camera Vision System
Fisnar CCD Camera Vision System is a powerful and intelligent CCD vision programming and auto adjustment system for creating both simple and complex dispense routines. This results in improved quality due to precise dispense positioning alongside improved production yield and reduced processing time and costs. Dispense programs are created quickly and easily in the Fisnar proprietary vision-controlled Fluid-In-Motion (FIM) software by using the displayed camera image to jog the robot to the exact required dispense location, and then selecting the operation wished to be carried out. Vision System software is supplied with an auto-part alignment function to guarantee fluid is being dispensed at the exact required location. This is achieved by the system capturing an image to two separate fiducial locations on the component and using pattern recognition software to compare the live image against a stored image. Fisnar F4303 ELITE Robot
Fisnar F4000 ELITE 3-axis benchtop robots are designed to offer the highest level of precise automated fluid placement and positioning. The CCD camera vision system and laser height sensor allow the system to automatically adjust for changes in part position/orientation and height (included with -IL and -LK models only). Specifically built for fluid dispensing processes, the F4000 ELITE proprietary robot vision software is user friendly and enables the set-up and running of complex dispensing routines to be created easily. The additional auxiliary camera allows for realtime viewing, image capturing, and recording of the dispense path.
