Haas Pallet Pool Systems
HIGH-VOLUME PRODUCTION, UNATTENDED OPERATION Whether you’re doing high-volume production runs, high-mix/low-volume machining, or just want to run lights-out, our fully integrated pallet pool systems can boost your productivity. They integrate seamlessly with the Haas control, which includes a simplified Pallet Schedule Table that allows pallet-scheduling functions from a single dedicated screen. The pallets can be scheduled individually according to priority and sequencing requirements, allowing high-priority parts to be machined first or staged more often. Completed pallets are returned automatically to the holding location, or can be sequenced to a protected operator station for immediate unloading and re-loading.

HABIATRON
Halogen Free Flame Retardant cables - for toxic environments (chemicals and compounds)

HAL Lead Free

Halo CNC CMM
Affordable large precision measurement The Halo CNC CMM has the same structural design as our most accurate CMM, the Horizon. By using a belt drive system for the X-Y-Z axis movement, the Halo CMM is the perfect mid-sized CMM for use in an inspection department or on the shop floor. The price is also extremely competitive when compared to other international CMM brands.

Halogen Free Flux Gel
A halogen free, clear tacky flux gel, this flux gel provides good activity for re-working / repairing components soldered with lead and lead free alloys. Halogen Free Flux Gel is also suited to tinning operations which require a viscous gel. Suitable for all commercial electronic manufacturing soldering operations where the use of a IPC flux type ROL0 is considered an accepted no clean technology. Benefits Halogen Free, No Clean J-STD 004 Flux type ROL0 Powerful wetting on all board finishes Easily removable residues RoHS and REACH Compliant Suitable with all leaded and leadfree alloys

Hand & Robotic Soldering
SolderKing’s range of flux cored solder wires are suitable for through-hole and surface mount technologies. The range includes No Clean, Water Soluble and Acid Based flux cores produced with a variety of solder alloys and flux grades. SolderKing Cored Solder Wires are extruded using our state of the art production facility and are available in many off the shelf and custom diameters. Our Cored Solder Wires are manufactured to the latest standards and provide users with the highest performance available.

Hand & Second Stage Assembly

Hand Assembly
Our Mascot Robotas equipment significantly enhances our hand-assembly capabilities by providing operators with guided assembly instructions, real-time visual inspection and improved process control. This technology helps ensure greater accuracy, consistency and overall product quality throughout the assembly process.

Handheld CMM
The XM Series is a handheld coordinate measuring machine (CMM) that lets anyone easily measure 3D/GD&T features. The system is portable and shop-floor ready, so measurements can be taken in any location. The unit also automatically records measurement data and creates detailed inspection reports. The images showcases our latest XM-5000 model which allows high-accuracy measurement for palm-sized parts to large applications.

Handle Bushes for flexible working
Handle drill bushes from BONEHAM are designed to access hard to reach areas in a jig, where a hole cutting operation is required, but a fixed permanent solution isn't feasible. Handle bushes are also ideal for applications where multi sized drilling is required, for example pilots and reaming. Bushes can be interchanged with the same OD. Handles are kept in stock and part marked to requirement. The handles are manufactured from lightweight aluminium. Part of the BONEHAM aerospace range.

Hardness Testers
Achieving accurate and efficient metallographic specimen preparation is essential to unlock the full potential of your hardness testing. The precision and quality of metal samples depend heavily on the methodology used in hardness testing. Hardness testing is an integral part of various applications, including research in universities, production of automotive and aerospace components, and assessment of coatings and case hardness treatments. Thus, it becomes imperative to ensure the quality and reliability of the end products by determining the hardness of materials accurately. However, with a wide range of hardness testing machines available in the market, it becomes perplexing to choose the right one that best fits the requirement. Additionally, the cost of purchasing a hardness tester can be considerably higher than a complete suite of sample preparation equipment and consumables. To simplify the hardness testing process, it is crucial to follow the ISO and ASTM standards that regulate the calculation of sample hardness and calibration of the testing unit. Keeping this in mind, Kemet is delighted to announce the launch of its Duroline series of hardness testers. These benchtop hardness testers are designed for Vickers and Knoop measurements and come with an integrated 22” full HD multi-touch monitor. The user-friendly N-sure software package offers automatic multi-measurement options when coupled with the automated x/y stage. Moreover, the software includes built-in CHD, EHT, and NHT measurement functions for accurate results and can generate test reports automatically. The Duroline series of hardness testers is suitable for a wide range of applications, including material testing laboratories and smaller component production quality assurance departments. The range of models available can accommodate test loads from HV0.01 to HV30, making Duroline hardness testers ideal for testing small precision parts, thin materials, or wire coatings.
