Markforged FX10
Introducing the FX10 - your go-to solution for optimizing 3D printing on the factory floor. This cutting-edge 3D printer comes equipped with integrated quality assurance sensors, seamlessly integrated into a modular architecture, and automated printing processes, revolutionizing your manufacturing operations. The FX10 is the first industrial 3D printer to combine metal and composite materials, developed through years of engineering innovation. Building on the success of the Markforged X7 and Metal X, the FX10 quickly delivers strong, precise tools and fixtures straight to your factory floor.

Markforged FX10 Industrial 3D Printers
The Markforged FX10 – 5th Generation Industrial 3D Printer The FX10 is Markforged’s next-generation industrial composite 3D printer – the result of years of engineering innovation and technological advancement. Building on the success of the Markforged X7, its sole purpose is to deliver strong, precise parts every time you print. The FX10 features a new modular architecture designed for upgradeability and printhead-mounted optical sensors that inspect part dimensional accuracy and device health and performance. It utilizes automatic calibration and material changing, resulting in a simple, easy, low-touch user experience that meets the needs of operators.

Markforged FX20
The biggest, fastest, and most sophisticated 3D printer Markforged have ever built. The FX20 pairs size and throughput to make larger builds at incredible speeds, delivering the transformational benefits of The Digital Forge at a new scale. At 4.7 times larger than the Markforged Industrial Series and three nozzles (two plastic, one fibre) you can see why it's been nicknamed 'The Beast'! It features an 84L heated build chamber and massive, verified-flat vacuum bed with print sheets. The motion control system offers closed loop control through precision linear encoders, and is tuned to move the 3kg print head rapidly and accurately. FX20’s turbo mode builds parts faster than any Markforged machine, while new XL spools offer four times the material without spool changeover.

Markforged Industrial Series Composite 3D Printers
Uncompromising Strength, Precision and Beauty with Markforged Industrial Series Printers. The Markforged Industrial Series of 3D printers takes fibre-reinforced 3D printing to a whole new level with a laser-assisted construction process control, precision sensors and a large working area. Finished parts are printed the same way they were designed with unmatched quality, dimensional accuracy and stability. These printers combine the benefits of Markforged’s unique fibre reinforcement for parts as strong as metal with advanced “build as designed” sensors and the beautiful surface finish of Onyx. The Industrial Series will empower you to take any design concept and make it a reality. Large Prints, High-Resolution The large build volume of the Industrial Series makes it ideal for robotics, automotive parts, functional prototypes and prosthetics. With 50 micron resolution layer height, your parts will come out of the printer with a beautiful surface finish approaching the look and feel of injection moulding.

Markforged Metal X
We are proud to be a UK authorised partner of Markforged. Their Metal X System is an end-to-end metal 3D printing solution. Capable to fabricate complex metal parts in the widest variety of metals from stainless steels to copper. The Metal X is purpose-built for great part quality, whilst ensuring a seamless user experience. Designed to yield functional metal parts, yet requires no dedicated operator, no powder management system, and minimal PPE.

Markforged Metal X 3D Printer System
Metal 3D printing easier than ever before – an industrial revolution The Metal X delivers metal parts overnight. It uses a new technology and parts are a fraction of the cost of regular metal components. Instantly leave 20th century manufacturing behind, creating anything from industrial replacement parts to injection moulds to working prototypes. Built on already proven technology the Metal X comes as a bundle and includes the wash station and sintering oven. The filament based material is very cost effective making metal additive manufacturing attractive to businesses of all sizes.

Material Selection Guidance
Choosing the right material is critical to product performance, manufacturability, and long-term success. At Flambeau Europe, our material selection guidance ensures every component achieves the ideal balance of functionality, cost, sustainability, and processing efficiency. Drawing on decades of polymer expertise, we help customers navigate a wide range of engineering plastics, additives, and specialty compounds to select the optimal solution for their application. We evaluate functional requirements including strength, flexibility, impact resistance, and chemical compatibility, alongside aesthetic considerations such as colour, transparency, and surface finish. Simultaneously, we assess processing behaviour — including shrinkage, flow, and cooling — to ensure the material performs reliably in high-volume production, minimising the risk of redesign or production delays. Sustainability is central to our recommendations. We advise on recycled or bio-based polymers, materials that enhance lifecycle performance, and compliance with the latest industry regulations. This ensures both environmental responsibility and adherence to sector-specific standards. By combining technical expertise with a collaborative approach, we provide clear, evidence-based guidance tailored to each application. Whether selecting standard engineering polymers, developing custom compounds, or balancing performance against budget constraints, our goal is to make the right choice from the outset. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀: • Performance assured: Materials chosen to meet functional and aesthetic goals. • Cost-effective: Optimised for both performance and budget. • Manufacturing ready: Polymers selected for efficient processing and yield. • Sustainability: Guidance on eco-friendly and compliant materials. Our material selection service gives customers confidence that their products will be reliable, manufacturable, and commercially viable from concept to delivery.
